Fixed fees for Motoring Offences

In accordance with the Solicitors’ Regulatory Transparency Rules we offer fixed fee pricing for our motoring work. The fee will vary depending on the type and complexity of the case and any legal arguments that need to be advanced as well as the number of hearings. Our fees are as follows:

Guilty Plea and Sentence (Magistrates Court only) - £750+VAT - £4,000+VAT
Not Guilty Plea and Trial (Magistrates Court only) - £2,000+VAT - £6,000+VAT
Exceptional Hardship/Special Reasons - £2,000+VAT - £6,000+VAT

The above fees do not include disbursements such as expert/medical reports or counsel fees, should you wish to instruct specialist counsel. VAT is charged at a rate of 20%.
