Police Station Advice and Representation

Your police interview is one of, if not the, most important part of any criminal investigation.

The answers you provide in an interview will have a significant impact on the final outcome of your case. It is therefore essential that you obtain the right advice from a qualified and experienced professional.

How we can help

At Jericho Law we have a skilful team of lawyers who have represented clients across a wide range of criminal offences including homocide, rape, sexual assault, indecent images, harassment, coercive and controlling behaviour, serious fraud and serious violence.

Although a solicitor can be provided for you free-of-charge through the duty solicitor scheme, this does not allow any proactive work to be conducted on your case in advance of the interview. The service covers representation during the interview only, nothing before or after. Please see our pre-charge representation page for more information on our tailored approach to defending your case.
